How does it work?
From creating your invoice to receiving funds, discover the complete process in 4 simple steps.
Creation & Customization
Enter your products or services, local taxes and your business information. Customize your invoice in a few clicks. The generated invoices are professional and compliant with local currencies (XOF, XAF, GHS, NGN, etc.).
WhatsApp Sending
Once the invoice is generated, a button allows you to send it directly to your client's WhatsApp. No lost emails, no delays. Your client receives the invoice instantly where they already communicate.
Payment (client side)
Your client clicks on the secure link received. They choose their payment method (Wave, Orange Money, MTN, etc.), confirm on their phone with their usual PIN. Simple and familiar for them.
Receiving Funds
Funds are collected via our certified payment partner (Moneroo). You can request a transfer of your balance to your own Mobile Money or bank account. Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Fund security
Your payments are processed by Moneroo, a certified payment intermediary. Facturly does not store any sensitive banking data. Funds flow through secure and compliant channels.
