Our relationship is governed by Togolese law and OHADA standards, ensuring transparency for your transactions within the Franc Zone.

By creating your account, you simply confirm that:

- •You will use the tool honestly and legally

- •Visualize your business health with simple reports
- •Access advanced tools according to your needs (credit system)
4.4. Your account, your responsibility
For everything to work smoothly, we count on you to:
- •Keep your access secret (don't share your password)
- •Take responsibility for actions made from your account
- •Give us true info for your invoices (it's for your credibility!)
- •Let us know if you think someone else is using your account
5.5. Payments and Credits
Facturly works without hidden subscriptions. You pay for what you use:
- •Credit pack purchases are made in advance
- •Prices are transparent and displayed before each purchase
- •A credit used to send an invoice is final
- •Your credits don't expire as long as your account is active
6.6. Ownership and respect
The Facturly interface, logo, and technology belong to us. We give you the right to use them for your business, but you cannot copy or resell them as your own.
7.7. Liability limits
We do everything to keep Facturly available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee the total absence of bugs or outages (especially network-related). Facturly is a management aid tool; you remain solely responsible for the accounting and tax compliance of your invoices.
8.8. End of the adventure
You can stop using Facturly whenever you want. On our side, we might suspend an account in case of clear fraud or harmful behavior to the platform.
9.9. Evolutions
The world changes, Facturly too. If we modify these rules, we'll update this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you agree with the new rules.
