This section complements our commitments for users signing in via Google.
Data Collected (Scopes)
By using Google Sign-in, Facturly accesses exclusively your public profile information (name, photo) and your email address (Scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email).
Limited Use
The use of this information is strictly limited to creating your account and personalizing your invoices. We strictly comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the "Limited Use" requirements.
No Transfer
No data from Google is transferred to third parties, unless strictly necessary to provide the application's features or to comply with applicable laws.
AI and Advertising
We certify that Google data is never used for advertising purposes, nor for training machine learning models (AI/Machine Learning).
Deletion
Your data stays with us as long as you use the app. If you want to delete everything, send a quick email to support@facturly.online and we'll erase everything within 48h.
3.3. What we keep in mind
To serve you, we need some info:

- •Your billing info (your business address)
- •Your invoices and clients (so you can find them)
- •Some technical info (your IP) to secure your connections
4.4. Why do we need it?
It's simple:
- •So you can create and send your invoices
- •To process your mobile money payments
- •To notify you when a client has paid you
- •To improve the tool based on your feedback
5.5. It's solid
We don't joke with security:
- •All data is encrypted
- •Connections are secure (HTTPS/TLS)
- •We do backups every day
- •Server access is ultra-limited
6.6. No resale
We will NEVER sell your data. Period. We share it only with essential services (payment, hosting) for Facturly to run.
7.7. You're the boss
It's your data, you have all the rights: see what we have on you, correct an error, or ask us to delete everything.
8.8. Cookies
We use small files (cookies) just so you don't have to sign in every time and to understand how people use the site.
9.9. Our partners
We work with serious people like Moneroo for payments or Google for visit stats. They have their own rules, but we chose them because they are reliable.
10.10. Applicable Law
This policy is governed by Law No. 2019-014 on the protection of personal data in Togo.
